Myshanta.com will be providing a process to return products from Libya and Türkiye as long as they comply with return conditions. Please consider checking on return policies. 

Note: product return requests can be established through your order management panel. Ordes returns will be approved after inspection of the condition of the products and reason of return.

Marketplace is a multi category and vendor e-commerce platform. 

  1. What are the benefits of selling on a Myshanta?

Myshanta.com offers a wide reach for customers by marketing the platform and all on board vendors and their products. This will help increasing vendor orders and order managements.

  1. How do I create an account and set up my store on the myshanta.com?

You can create a vendor account first by clicking this link . Then you should open a store and get it approved by admins to be able to start adding products.

After activating your store by the admin. You can add product details as requested in the product details card

Myshanta adds a specific percentage on each product selling cost. 

  1. How do I get paid for my sales on Myshanta?

Vendors in Türkiye will receive their payments on with in specific period of time ( mentioned in the Contract) to their bank accounts they add to their payment settings on myshanta.com.
Libyan vendors will be able to receive their money by hand in the financial office in Tripoli. 

 

  1. How do I handle returns and refunds?

Return requests will be made by customer through myshanta.com, after the customer drop the shipping to Logistics hub, the products health and condition will inspected. If myshanta.com approves the return. Customer will receive the money back 

 

  1. How do I communicate with customers on the myshtan.com?

Myshanta.com does not provide  channel for vendors to contact customers 

  1. Can I offer promotions or discounts on my products?

Campaign model in myshanta.com will be developed to allow vendors design their discounts and promotions. 



  1. Can I sell internationally on the myshanta.com ?

Myshanta.com is designed for consumers from Libya and living in Libya. Turkish venders are able to sell products to Libya.

Products should be well packed and prepared for higher impressions and better user experience

Yes. myshanta.com is a developing platform and will be providing solutions to vendors so they get advertising opportunities on different levels.

    Myshanta.com has an engine that optimizes the images size for better performance. Vendors shall consider adding images in portrait orientation for better product showcasing
